Meet Salina Dayton!
Her favorite non-World Vision hobbies include Bible journaling and spending time with her friends and family.
She and her husband live in Raleigh, NC. They have two precious daughters. She and her husband both work for technology companies.
Salina, can you tell us about what made you become a CA?
The CA program was a direct answer to prayer for me. I had been seeking a way to serve in a ministry that benefited children and allowed me connect with others. And this was it for me!
Is there a bit of encouragement you could give to other CA's?
It's all up to God. Our job is to plant the seeds, but the harvest is all up to God, who did not give you a spirit of timidity. Keep asking. You never know who will say yes and sometimes it takes a year or more before someone is ready with that yes.
Which scripture/quote gives you encouragement in this ministry?
“I alone cannot change the world, but I can cast a stone across the waters to create many ripples.” - Mother Teresa
